My favorite thing about Hotel Indigo is the community feel and support they have. There was a grab-and-go food station near the elevators. The business center was on the first floor and easily accessible. The hotel offers 24-hour business services and a fitness center (we didn’t use either). I loved the walk in shower and the tiles! Amenities In the entryway there was a sign that hotel staff has been trained in how to identify and respond to human trafficking (social work is a side passion of mine… that made me really happy to see!). There were also dog bowls with treats and water for neighborhood dogs. Masks are required to get buzzed into the building. There is limited parking under the hotel (for a fee) and a parking garage across the street (also for a fee). We arrived at the hotel late but check-in was easy with a drop-off area located in front of the building. This is what got me attracted me to this group of hotels, a compromised between the size and standards of a large chain but also being cognizant of the community they are in. Hotel Indigo Baltimore is part of the IHG group focused on being part of their local communities. The following review is still honest and my personal beliefs.
